What are we looking for? - Individuality.
As a mid-sized, family-run company we know our employees are our most valuable asset. We’re not just interested in diplomas and certificates. We’re interested in people with all their individual personalities and experiences. You can expect us to appreciate you and treat you fairly as well as giving you huge scope for creativity and the opportunity for constant professional development. Our vision is of a world where every person has access to top-quality, effective medical products.
Help us achieve it!
Scope for creativity in an international company
At this family-run business you benefit from flat hierarchies and rapid decision-making processes.
We offer a family environment that’s also international and innovative. We do business in over 40 countries, we are continuously growing and developing our products (and as a company), in cooperation with a range of international partners.
Reliability, trust and appreciation
We don’t just apply these values to our customers. Many of our employees have been whole-heartedly and enthusiastically on board for many years. Fair pay, an open, tolerant and constructive business culture and family-friendly approach have certainly helped with that.
We also take our corporate social responsibility very seriously, too. As well as striving for sustainability and resource-protection in manufacture of our products, we are committed to environmental protection and provide very intensive support to the KARIBU project, an aid project to prevent child blindness in Africa initiated by one of our employees.
Continuous professional development, vocational training and health
We know that our success depends on the specialist expertise of our employees. That’s why continuous professional development, vocational training and regular training is such a high priority for us. And their health, too: We subsidise Sportnavi membership to promote exercise, and we provide fresh regionally-sourced fruit in the winter months to make sure employees get the vitamins they need. We also cover the flat rate charge for coffee and water.
*For your safety and ours during the COVID-19 pandemic we are currently holding recruitment meetings online and complying with strict hygiene rules during face-to-face interviews and onboarding meetings.
We look forward to receiving your application documents. To ensure they are processed as quickly as possible, please send us a concise application letter with all relevant documents in PDF format to:

If we both decide we ought to get to know each other, we’ll invite you to visit us at our company. As well as a face-to-face interview you’ll have the opportunity to view our company to gain a good picture of us. Depending on the position you’ve applied for, there may be a second interview with the relevant specialist.
If we decide we’d like to work together, the next step is a comprehensive induction process (“onboarding”). This will give you a chance to get an accurate picture of the various departments at our company as well as how they interact with each other. We generally agree a probationary period, at the end of which we have a joint discussion on our impressions of the induction period and what opportunities there are for deployment and development.
